Congratulations to the Governors of The Ridgeway CofE Primary School in Childrey, who have just completed their trek of the Ridgeway National Trail in aid of school funds.
By walking over 87 miles in just four days they have managed to raise in excess of £3,000 in sponsorship
for the new Breakfast & Afterschool Clubs currently being set up at the school. Well done to Anthea Giltnane, Julie Jones, Alison Whitfield and Pam Langrish for their amazing efforts and also to their back-up crew of Graham and Chris. A huge thank you also goes to GJ Pharmacy Ltd who matched the sponsorship money raised, having already provided the much appreciated first aid throughout, to make the final sum above. Well Done to all involved!"
