School dinners are cooked on site daily. A main meal, vegetarian or roll option is available each day. The lunches operate on a three weekly cycle. All school dinners must be booked and paid for online by Thursday evening for the following week, to enable our cook to prepare for the week ahead. Dinners are free for children in Foundation, Years 1 and 2. For older children, the cost is £2.45 per meal.

 

If you child would prefer to bring in a packed lunch from home it should be brought in a sealed, named, container together with a carton or plastic bottle of water or juice. Canned fizzy drinks and chewing gum are not allowed and used packaging is kept in the lunchboxes so that you can see what has been eaten.

 

Children in Foundation, years 1 and 2 receive a free daily mid-morning snack of fruit or vegetables whilst children in Classes 2 and 3 are encouraged to bring their own fruit and/or vegetables for snack time in a small, named container.

 

Children under the age of five receive free milk at morning snack time. For older children milk can be purchased by contacting coolmilk direct.
